Every Thursday at 8 PM, Elia Mediterranean Restaurant transforms into a sultry supper club, complete with burlesque, aerial acrobatics, live violin by Grammy-winner Lorenza Ponce, and a soundtrack curated by DJ Sava. With a rotating cast of top-tier performers, no two nights are ever the same—but they’re always unforgettable.

Grand Opening of Trata On The River

In October 2024, Trata opened its doors with a celebration as elevated as its cuisine — and the entertainment was no exception.

Following a full year of acclaimed burlesque productions at sister venue Elia Mediterranean Restaurant, Cassandra Estelle was tapped to produce a stunning lineup of entertainment for Trata’s highly anticipated grand opening.

Guests were treated to an unforgettable evening featuring aerial champagne service, oyster shots, feather fan dancers, live music, and immersive performances that brought the space to life. From the moment doors opened, the atmosphere was vibrant, elegant, and entirely one-of-a-kind — setting the tone for what Trata promised to be: a destination for not only dining, but extraordinary experiences.
